Conifers School stands as a melancholic reminder of educational heritage under threat. Founded in 1934, it embodied pastoral care, sustainability, and a love for the outdoors. Despite its rich legacy and community role, it faced declining inspections and ultimately shuttered on 5 July 2024.

Visiting now, one would encounter abandoned classrooms, corridors heavy with silence, and nature slowly entwining itself with bricks and mortar.
